Where your driver drops you off
The resort is at Carrer del Camí Reial Al Moll, 2, Port d'Alcúdia, a few minutes' walk from Alcúdia beach. With 369 suites it is a large resort, so your driver takes you right to the main entrance — no walking with suitcases from the road.
Arriving before 3 pm
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 12 noon. Zafiro's receptions are open 24 hours, so a late landing is no problem, and if you arrive early you can leave your bags in the luggage room and start using the hotel.
Travelling with children
The kids' club is free for ages 4 to 15 and open every day, and there is a pool with a pirate ship. Cots are free from the hotel; baby and booster seats are free in our cars on request, and a Minivan for up to 8 leaves room for buggies.
Cyclists and triathletes
The hotel has a cycling station with a garage, washing area and workshop and is an official hotel of the IRONMAN 70.3 Alcúdia-Mallorca. Bikes cannot be taken into the suites. Add your bikes or golf bags in the booking form: €5 per bag and transfer (twice on a round trip).
Departure day
You can leave your luggage after check-out and, subject to availability, ask for a courtesy room to shower and change. We recommend a pickup about 3 hours before your flight; the drive to Palma Airport takes 50–55 minutes.
