Zafiro Tropic is at Carrer d'Anselm Turmeda, 1, Port d'Alcúdia, a short walk from Alcúdia beach. Your driver takes you straight to the hotel entrance — no shared stops on the way.
Check-in and late arrivals
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 12 noon. Reception is open 24 hours, so you can check in whatever time you land, and if you arrive early you can leave your bags in the luggage room.
Travelling with children
There is a pool with slides and a pirate ship (open from March) and a free kids' club for ages 4 to 14. Many studios and suites have a kitchen, and some two-bedroom apartments sleep up to six — a Minivan for up to 8 takes the whole family and the luggage. Baby and booster seats are free on request.
Cyclists and triathletes
The hotel has a cycling station with a self-service workshop and a monitored garage, a heated 25-metre pool and a gym with smart bikes, and it is an official hotel of the IRONMAN 70.3. Add your bikes or golf bags in the booking form: €5 per bag and transfer (twice on a round trip).

You can leave your bags after check-out and, subject to availability, ask for a courtesy room to shower and change. We recommend a pickup about 3 hours before your flight; the drive to Palma Airport takes 50–55 minutes.
