Only if your flight comes from outside the Schengen area, including the UK and Ireland. In summer the queue can take a while.
Baggage reclaim
There are 19 belts, and the screens show yours. Bikes, golf bags and pushchairs come out on a separate belt for oversized items, so they can take longer.
Customs
Arriving from outside the EU, you must declare certain goods, such as food, expensive electronics or more than €10,000 in cash.

Your driver waits for you at column 5 in the arrivals hall, on floor 0. We track your flight, and your driver waits up to one hour after landing.
If something doesn’t go to plan.
Your luggage hasn’t arrived
Report it at your airline’s desk in the baggage hall, on floor 0, before you leave, and keep the reference number. Message us so your driver knows you’ll be a little longer.
Your flight is delayed
We track flights in real time and adjust your pick-up. If your flight is cancelled or changed, message us as soon as possible.
