Booking

Booking your transfer.

What do I need to book?+
Your flight number and arrival time, the exact address of your accommodation, the number of adults and children with their ages, your luggage and, for a round trip, your return flight. See the booking form.
Is my transfer confirmed when I send the form?+
You send a request: we check availability and confirm your booking by WhatsApp or email.
What if I can’t find the price for my route?+
Don't worry, contact us on +34 644 137 424 — we have WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage. And if you need a personalised quote, you can request it by email: info@goldtransfersmallorca.com.
On arrival

Arriving at Palma Airport.

Where do I meet my driver at Palma Airport?+
At column 5 in the arrivals hall, on floor 0, once you have collected your luggage.
How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?+
We track all flights in real time to ensure a smooth pickup experience. Your driver will wait for up to one hour after landing. If we're able to get in touch with you and check that everything is ok, we'll gladly wait longer when possible — we know that passport control and picking up luggage takes time.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?+
If your flight is cancelled or delayed, don't worry — we'll be keeping an eye on any updates to adjust your service. We do, however, recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make sure everything goes perfectly when you arrive.
What if my luggage is lost?+
Report it at your airline’s desk in the baggage hall, on floor 0, before you leave, and keep the reference number. Message us so your driver knows you’ll be a little longer.
Do I go through passport control at Palma?+
Only on flights from outside the Schengen area, including the UK and Ireland. Arriving at Palma Airport, step by step →
Prices and payment

Prices and payment.

Are prices fixed?+
Yes — all the prices you can calculate and see are fixed prices.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?+
Per vehicle. The fare covers your whole group, so it doesn’t change between one and four passengers in the same vehicle. See all fares →
How much is a return transfer?+
A return trip costs two one-way fares. Choose “Round trip” in the booking form and add your return flight.
Is there a night or holiday surcharge?+
No. The price is the same at any time of day or night, at weekends and on public holidays.
How do I pay?+
Payment can be made in cash or by card. For certain destination areas, we kindly recommend cash payment due to limited mobile network coverage that may affect card processing, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted service.
Luggage and children

Luggage, children and groups.

How much luggage can I bring?+
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Extra luggage must be declared in advance so we can assign the right vehicle.
Can I bring bikes or golf bags?+
Yes. Add them in the booking form: €5 per bag and transfer (twice on a round trip).
Do you provide child seats?+
Yes, on request only. Please inform us during the booking process.
How many passengers fit in one booking?+
Up to 10 passengers in one booking. For bigger groups, contact us and we’ll arrange several vehicles.
Going back

Going back to the airport.

How early should I be at Palma Airport?+
Aena does not publish a recommended time for ordinary flights. We suggest about two hours before Schengen flights and two and a half to three hours before flights to the UK and other non-Schengen countries.
What time will you pick us up?+
We plan the pick-up time with you based on your flight. For early morning or late-night flights, we recommend confirming it in advance. Our pick-up planner gives you an idea.
Where is check-in at Palma Airport?+
On floor 2, with the security checkpoint right behind the check-in desks.
Do I need to take liquids and laptops out at security?+
No. With the new scanners you can leave electronics and liquids in your bag, but liquids are still limited to 100 ml.
Changes

Changes and cancellations.

Can I cancel my booking?+
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer. After that time, a cancellation fee may apply. We're here to ensure your peace of mind.
How do I change my booking?+
Send us your booking details and what you would like to change by WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage or email. See contact.
