Iberostar points out that some apartments are in a building without a lift. If you are bringing a lot of luggage or a buggy, ask the hotel about it when you book your room.
Travelling with children
The Star Camp kids' club is split by age (Monkey 4–7, Dolphin 8–12, Eagle 13–17), and there is a splash pool with slides. Baby and booster seats are free on request, and a Minivan for up to 8 passengers leaves room for buggies and suitcases.
