Your details

If your destination is the airport, we recommend booking your transfer at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure. Please note that if the booking request is submitted less than 24 hours before the service, we cannot guarantee immediate confirmation. All last-minute bookings are subject to availability. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.

We will monitor your flight to ensure that our driver is waiting for you at the designated meeting point on time.

Your transfer

Your transfer to Posada Terra Santa, step by step.

01

Meet your driver at column 5 in the arrivals hall of Palma Airport. Up to one hour of waiting time after landing is included.

02

Drive into Palma on the Ma-19 motorway along the bay and into the city: about 9–13 km depending on the area, usually 15–20 minutes.

03

Arrive as close to Posada Terra Santa as vehicles can go. Many streets in Palma's old town are pedestrian or restricted, so your driver stops at the nearest access point and shows you the way, with no shared stops or detours.

Going home? Choose Round trip when you book and we will collect you at the nearest point to the hotel that vehicles can reach on your departure day. We recommend a pickup around 2½ hours before your flight; the drive back to the airport takes about 15–20 minutes. For flights to the UK and other non-Schengen countries, allow 30 minutes more. Work out your exact time with our pick-up planner.

FAQ

Questions about your transfer to Posada Terra Santa.

How long is the transfer from Palma Airport to Posada Terra Santa?+
Around 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic. We track your flight, so your driver is waiting even if it lands early or late.
Can the car stop at the hotel door?+
Not always. Carrer de la Posada de Terra Santa is in the old town, where traffic is restricted, so the driver stops at the nearest permitted point and you walk the last stretch.

Can I bring my bike or golf bag?+
Yes. Add it in the booking form: each bike or golf bag costs €5 extra per journey (twice on a round trip).
Can I also book my return transfer to the airport?+
Yes. Choose Round trip in the booking form and we will pick you up at the nearest point to the hotel that vehicles can reach, in time for your flight home.
