What to expect in Cala Ratjada.
Cala Ratjada is a lively fishing port turned resort at the north-eastern corner of Mallorca, with a harbour promenade, busy restaurants and nightlife in summer. Its best-known beach, Cala Agulla, is a wide bay of white sand backed by pine woods.
Just inland, the town of Capdepera is crowned by a medieval castle with views over the coast. To the north, Cala Mesquida has a long beach with dunes and a few hotels, and to the south, Font de sa Cala is a small, quiet resort around a rocky cove.
This is one of the longest transfers from the airport, around an hour across the island via Manacor and Artà. In summer there are also seasonal ferries from Cala Ratjada to Menorca.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our flight was monitored and we received a message as soon as we landed with clear instructions on where to meet, making the arrival completely stress-free. Drivers for pick up and return from Palma airport to Alcudia were on time and friendly. No issues whatsoever. Van was spacious for our big group of 7 plus luggage and they provided a baby seat and booster seat for our kids. Perfect! Plus communication was brilliant via WhatsApp.
I had a group of friends visit me from England to celebrate my 50th birthday and I used Gold Transfers Mallorca for all of their airport transfers as we live in the North of the Island and also their chauffeur service for day trips out and I highly recommend them. On the arrival day the flight for 2 of the group was delayed at Manchester for 3 hours so without any issues they picked up the first group to arrive then went back for those on the delayed flight to save the first group waiting at the airport for 3 hours.
